Working terms

Broadway Apps Partner Program Terms

Pre-launch draft. These terms require final legal review before partner enrollment opens publicly.

Program

Approved independent partners may introduce prospective clients to Broadway Apps. Broadway Apps handles consultation, contracting, design, development, delivery, and support. Participation is free but subject to approval and these terms.

Independent relationship

Partners are independent contractors—not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives. They may not bind Broadway Apps, negotiate project scope, accept client money, change prices, guarantee results, or promise delivery dates.

Qualified referrals and attribution

A qualified referral arrives through an approved link, code, or registered introduction; is not already an active Broadway Apps opportunity, client, or protected referral; and represents a genuine potential project submitted with the prospective client’s knowledge and a lawful basis for contact. Accepted referrals are normally protected for 90 days. Broadway Apps uses timestamps, CRM history, codes, consent evidence, and written introductions to resolve duplicates.

Commission

An approved partner earns 10% of eligible collected base-package revenue only after Broadway Apps accepts the client, completes the agreed app, receives full eligible payment, and completes applicable cancellation, refund, chargeback, fraud, and compliance checks. Current examples are $850 for Opening Act, $1,050 for Headliner, and $1,300 for Center Stage.

Eligible revenue excludes taxes, unpaid balances, credits, refunds, chargebacks, financing and processing costs, third-party fees, advertising spend, pass-through expenses, later standard updates, and later expansions unless included in writing.

Payment

Broadway Apps intends to pay approved commissions within 14 days after every earning condition is satisfied. Complete payout and tax information is required. Disputed or suspicious commissions may be held during a reasonable investigation.

Required disclosure

Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose the material relationship wherever it could affect how an audience evaluates a promotion. Default disclosure: “I may earn a commission if you hire Broadway Apps through my referral.” The disclosure must accompany the endorsement and cannot be hidden only in a profile, distant page, or group of hashtags.

Truthful promotion

Partners may use approved materials and current, supportable facts. They may not make misleading claims; guarantee revenue, financing, app-store approval, or delivery; publish fake reviews; change prices; create unauthorized discounts; imply authority they do not possess; use spam or unlawful automated contact; stuff cookies; force clicks; steal attribution; impersonate Broadway Apps; or operate an unapproved sub-affiliate network.

Privacy, monitoring, and termination

Partners receive only the minimum status needed to understand referrals and commissions. They receive no client credentials, private communications, source code, financial information, or confidential materials. Broadway Apps may monitor promotions and suspend tracking or payouts while investigating fraud, client harm, deceptive promotion, privacy violations, or material breach. Either party may end participation.

Legal completion

Before public launch, final terms will add the approved business entity, effective date, governing law, disputes, liability, indemnity, tax, privacy, notices, and regional requirements. Until then, this page describes the intended operating model and does not represent an open public enrollment offer.
